  • Providing false information or impersonating another person may result in the immediate termination of your order or delivery subscription.

  • Pricing: All prices for milk, ghee, paneer, and other items are subject to change without prior notice to reflect market rates. However, if you are on a fixed monthly milk subscription, we will notify you before any price adjustments take effect.
  • Stock Availability: All products are subject to availability. Fresh dairy products are highly perishable and depend on daily yields. In the rare event of a supply shortage, Shreedhan Dairy reserves the right to limit order quantities or offer a full refund for unfulfilled items.

4. Product Care & Proper Storage Liability

We take absolute pride in delivering healthy, pure milk products in pristine, hygienic condition.

  • Customer Responsibility: Once a fresh product (such as milk, butter, cheese, or paneer) is delivered to your designated address, the responsibility for proper storage shifts entirely to the customer.
  • Disclaimer: Shreedhan Dairy cannot be held legally or financially liable for the spoilage or degradation of any fresh product due to improper refrigeration, neglect, or prolonged exposure to heat after delivery has been completed.
