The Authentic Churning Process

1.Ethical Milking of Purebred Gir Cows:

Step 1: The Foundation.

The process begins with free-grazing, healthy Gir cows. Their highly nutritious A2 milk is carefully and ethically harvested only after their calves are completely fed.

2.Setting the Whole Curd:

Step 2: Natural Culturing.

Instead of using aggressive, industrial cream-separators, the fresh A2 milk is boiled, cooled naturally, and seeded with a starter culture to turn into whole, active curd overnight.

3.Bidirectional Vedic Churning:

Step 3: The Wooden Bilona.

The cultured curd is gently churned using a traditional wooden Bilona method. This slow, bidirectional movement naturally separates the dense, creamy white butter from the nutritious buttermilk.

4.Purifying the Fresh Makhan:

Step 4: Washing & Refining.

The freshly separated white butter chunks are hand-gathered and washed thoroughly with cold, purified water to remove any residual buttermilk, ensuring an ultra-clean taste and a longer natural shelf-life.

5.Hygienic Packaging & Storage:

Step 5: Clean Cold Chain.

The completely unsalted, raw Desi butter is instantly packaged in eco-friendly, food-grade materials and transferred to a strict temperature-controlled cold chain to preserve its delicate, farm-fresh aroma and smooth texture.
